Founded in 1956 by Patricia Crothers and Dorothy Vickers as the Greenland Junior Woman’s Club, the Greenland Woman’s Club offers opportunities for women to network with other women who are interested in leadership and helping others.

Our Mission is to promote the civic, cultural, educational and social betterment of the community. GFWC Greenland GWC is a part of the international General Federation of Women’s Clubs.

As an affiliate member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) and the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of New Hampshire (GFWC-NH) we share the mission of being dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.

What we do…
The GFWC Greenland Woman’s Club works locally and nationally to bring about positive change with a dedication to community improvements. We aim to impact lives, through acts large and small.  Our programs fall into six main areas:  Arts, Conservation, Education, Home Life, Public Issues and International Outreach.  There are, in addition, many special projects, fundraisers, and programs in which the members take part locally, nationally and internationally.
