Citizen of the year 2017 was presented last evening to Anne Beauchemin.  Over the years Anne has touched the lives of so many people; she is an unsung hero through many projects specific to medical needs, child stability, single mothers in need, and the food pantry. She puts in countless hours hosting homeless families at the parish house. She supports many school and library events.  In addition to the above, she regularly visits nursing home residences, shuts in and people recovering in the hospital . There is so much more she does for the betterment of the community. and is an outstanding role model for all  “… to many who see her as that angle to many people going through difficult times in their lives.”  Anne was accompanied by her family.
